How to get picture messaging on a flashed samsung instinct?

I have a samsung instinct that i have flashed over to metro pcs.
I already have the internet on it, i found out how to do it on youtube.
But for some reason i cant find out how to get mms. Can someone help me? I know its a way how i’ve seen phones with it. So if you know how to do it, i would really appreciate it if you informed me! Thanks!

    Hi Tasha, you will need MMS settings too. Call your operator and get them to send the settings to you.
