log in as administrator then go to setting menu..look for Other Preference..then the setting window will open,you can find there the Bill Setting.from there you can set your default printer,you can also input the name of your store and address so the print out bill will have headings…hope this can help…
there must be printer pooling enabled which will cause other printers to print the pages. check if the print pooling is enabled in the printers options.
